We are a real estate agency based in the center of Cannes specializing in the rental of apartments and villas for short and medium term stays.

80% of our clientele are professional, these are all participants in all the congresses and events that take place regularly in Cannes. Over the years, we have understood the requirements and needs of this business clientele and we have therefore gathered all the means to ensure that their stays are successful, whether through the quality of the apartments offered and their equipment, or through the profile of our employees who are attentive, flexible and respond effectively to any request.

 

We manage a diverse portfolio that includes over 130 apartments and villas, usually located within a 10-minute walk of the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals. Apartments carefully selected to satisfy our customers offering all the equipment and services necessary for successful business stays.
